DIY Material Calculators does not require an account to use any calculator. The sections below explain what data is collected, how it is used, and how calculation history is stored.

Analytics

If analytics is configured, this site may use Google Analytics 4 to record page views, calculator interactions, and PDF chart downloads. It may also use Ahrefs Analytics for aggregate traffic reporting. Both are enabled only when the corresponding environment key is set; if neither key is present, no analytics script loads. These services may set browser cookies or similar storage in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information collected through analytics.

Calculation History

Stored Locally in Your Browser

To let you return to a recent estimate, this site stores your calculation inputs in your browser's localStorage. This data exists only on your device. It is never uploaded to any server, never shared with third parties, and is removed when you clear your browser's site data.

What Is Stored

Only the dimension inputs you entered (length, width, depth, material type, and the resulting estimate) are saved locally. No name, email address, location, or other personal identifier is stored alongside these values.

Third-Party Links

Coverage charts and reference tables may mention supplier or retailer names for context. This site does not control those third-party sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
